Dr. Yang received his B.S. and M.S from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Ph.D. from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Over 25 years of broad experience and technical expertise in marine and oil & gas offshore projects with lead roles from concept study, FFED to EPCI, specializing in mooring system design, hydrodynamic analysis, global performance structural analysis, stability, transportation and installation of a variety of floating structures including Tanker, FPSO, FLNG, FPU and TLP. Mr. Shi received his B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and M.S. from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada.

Dr. Bian received his B.S. and M.S from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Ph.D. from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
